DEVELOPING SECURITY STRATEGIES
ACHIEVING GROWTH

ABOUT US
I started teaching while in the Army after receiving my Expert Infantryman's Badge (EIB). Once I receiving this honorary badge one is then ask to teach certain skills to the other younger and older Infantrymen the skills it takes to achieve this badge. After getting out of the military in 2003 I went on to help my father in his company doing various types of work from investigations to process serving.
In 2008, I got into the whole security field when I was with a private company helping FEMA with Hurricane IKE. While helping out I started to learn more and more about the private sector security work and what could be done. As time went on I came back to the Fort Worth area to get my life back in order.
In 2010, I went out and got my CHL now called LTC Instructor license. At this time all I could do is training individuals how to shot handguns. As time went on, sometime around 2013, the Texas Department of Private Security amended the rules on what was needed for one to receive the Level 3 or 4 Security Officer Instructor License. So at that time I applied for the Level 3 instructor license and got it.
Since then I have made my own power point presentation for the Level 3 Commission and Level 4 Personal Protection Officers. I have use bits and pieces from my CHL / LTC presentation to use inside the Level 3 as they both have very similar instruction.
